This metal scroll (‘takrut’) is inscribed with sacred yantras and consecrated by the Buddhist monk Luang Por Ruay of Wat Khao Wong Nong Muang, Thailand. After it was ritually consecrated according the ancient tradition, Luang Por Ruay rolled up the metal plate and sealed the metal scroll with a piece of gold leaf. This traditional method will ensure that the magic powers will remain present within the sacred object.
A metal scroll like this usually is attached to a string or a cord, which can then be worn around the waist. However, for maximum protection it is advisable to encase the metal scroll in a stainless steel case (+$4.99 USD).
