Indonesian Herbal Aphrodisiac of Natural Black Long Jack Plant Roots

Long jack (Lat. Eurycoma longifolia) is a medicinal plant native to Indonesia. Its roots have natural healing properties, which is why they are used in traditional Indonesian medicine for the making of herbal remedies and supplements. The plant’s name in Indonesian (bida(da)ri laut) means “celestial sea nymph” (Sanskrit: apsarāḥ), referring to its aphrodisiacal quality. However, the Javanese refer to the plant as babi kurus (“slender pig”), which clearly places more emphasis on its practical usage for weight loss.

Traditional Indonesian Herbal Aphrodisiac

Owing to the compounds eurycomanol, eurycomanone, and eurycomalactone that Indonesian long jack reportedly contains, the roots of the plant can help improve the blood circulation and even boost one’s testosterone level. Consequently, this also leads to increased physical energy and stamina, which makes it very a powerful aphrodisiac indeed. Therefore, Eurycoma longifolia is believed to bring about a highly positive impact on one’s sexual health.

Indonesian Alternative Aphrodisiac Medicine

In addition, the long jack’s roots have health benefits in regard to the treatment of malaria, diabetes, bacterial infection (e.g., dysentery, diarrhoea), and fever. Thus, after boiling the roots in water, one can then consume the bitter tasting herbal drink to treat any of the aforementioned symptoms. It is advised to apply a ratio of 200ml of boiled water per piece (of root). For maximum results, it is recommended to consume this medicinal drink three times a day (i.e., after breakfast, lunch, dinner).
