Agate appears in endless varieties of banded Chalcedony.
This Quartz related mineral, is named after the Achetes River in Sicily, Italy.
Agate was already in Neolithic times used for healing amulets and in archeological excavations at Babylon many ritual agate attributes were found.
Its protective, healing and medicinal qualities were familiar to ancient Greek and Egyptian civilizations and Agate continues to be protective and stabilizing until today.
Agate promotes inner stability, balances the mind, and particularly supports and protects maternity. Agate’s warm, protective properties encourage fertility and reproduction. This mystically empowered amulet is highly recommended to wear during pregnancy. Not only because it was specifically blessed with protective spells but the empowered Agate repeatedly showed its strength, by helping new mothers avoiding the emptiness, often experienced after giving birth, the phenomenon of post-natal depression.
When this talisman is worn as a pendant on a necklace, at the new mother’s chest, it encourages also lactation.
Additionally and beneficially, this Agate Amulet keeps us of burning desires for inappropriate thoughts, feelings and cravings, such as adultery.
This talisman particularly promotes marital fidelity.
Widely known for its banded layers, agate also comes in varieties; speckled (with color), even with fossilized inclusions and others are solid. Solid Orange, as in this delicate and feminine silver jewel. Gold plated details and zircons, setting a sharp and crisp contrast to the smooth cabochon cut agate stone.

O Allah! Do not keep me solitary though You are the best of Inheritors. I am alone and terrified of loneliness. This worry has reduced my thankfulness to You. So bestow on me true forgiveness and give me female and male children so that by their company I can cure my terror of loneliness. By which my loneliness is cured. So that on the completion of this bounty I can thank You. O the greatest Giver, O the Greatest, O the Bestower of greatness, after this bestow me with tawfeeq that I thank You for every kindness. Till I can achieve Your kindness by thankfulness, by speaking the truth, by returning trusts and by fulfilling oaths.
